Trekking at Periyar Tiger Reserve
Periyar Tiger Reserve is also a sanctuary is highly protected biodiverse land spread over 925s q.km. withP eriyar and Pamba rivers flowing through this region. It is located in the Cardamom Hils which is in the
Kerala – Tamil Nadu border.
The Sanctuary has the Periyar Lake along with Grasslands, tropical
evergreen and moist deciduous forests and diferent varieties of flora
and fauna.
